CBBC’s Odd Squad star returns to Godalming for 2025 panto, Cinderella

Edward Denby, Scarlett Ayers and Mark Pearce in Cinderella at Godalming Borough Hall

The cast and creative team has been revealed for Cinderella, this year’s pantomime at Godalming Borough Hall, which runs from 13 to 28 December.

Scarlett Ayers will play the title role of Cinderella with Rubin Cavanagh as Buttons, Edward Denby and star of CBBC’s Odd Squad Mark Pearce as the outrageous Ugly Sisters, Liv Koplick as the enchanting Fairy G and Connor McGrane as the dashing Prince Charming.

Written by critically acclaimed pantomime creator Andrew Pollard, Cinderella will be co-directed by Charlotte Wyschna and Nick Wyschna, the creative team behind many of Godalming’s festive favourites.

Nick says, “Charlotte and I are so excited about the tremendous cast we have assembled. This pantomime is truly full of talent. We are over the moon that Mark is making a return to Godalming after his debut in last year’s Jack and the Beanstalk. He must have had a good time as he is not only returning to the show, but he has also moved to Godalming. Cinderella is a magical story and we can’t wait to bring it to life for you all.”

A mix of show stopping songs, dazzling dance numbers, spectacular costumes and laugh-out-loud fun the pantomime will once again offer Pay What You Can tickets to enable those who would not usually be able to access tickets to experience the magic of live theatre. There will also be a relaxed performance on 15 December at 5.30pm.

Tickets here.
